Smart Adeyemi, allegedly claimed that he is a member of Tinubu’s political party in Nigeria and that Tinubu did not win the election in February 2023.
According to Adeyemi, the 2023 elections were among the finest in the nation’s past, and he encouraged those dissatisfied with the outcome to give it another go in the future. He further expressed his belief that Kashim Shettima and Tinubu were the ideal contenders to govern the country.
He went as far as saying that Tinubu did not win the February election, but he had already won because he had been campaigning for over a decade and had established strong connections throughout Nigeria.
He believes that becoming the Nigerian president requires more than just waking up to the position as it requires building a network that reaches every part of the country.
Adeyemi admitted to expressing his opinions freely and highlighted that the February election was an improvement over the previous one. He commended Tinubu’s ability to build networks, stating that he had been doing so for more than half a century.
