Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute will represent Paul Biya at the funeral of Elisabeth II. According to a note read this Friday, September 16, 2022, in the 5 p.m. newspaper of the CRTV, the public media, we learn that Joseph Dion Nguté will represent the Head of State Paul Biya at the funeral of the Queen of England.

This Friday, September 16, 2022, the King and Queen consort are travelling to Wales, for a new session of condolences from the local authorities, thus completing their tour of the four constituent nations of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales).

5:30 a.m.: End of coffin viewing at Westminster Hall.

9:44 am: procession to bring the coffin to Westminster Abbey before the funeral.

10 a.m.: State funeral with hundreds of dignitaries expected from around the world and many crowned heads. The global television audience is expected to number in the hundreds of millions.

The day will be a public holiday in the UK.

After the ceremony, a further procession to accompany the coffin to Wellington's Arch, at Hyde Park Corner in central London, from where it will leave by hearse for Windsor.

The Queen will be buried privately in King George VI's Chapel at Windsor Castle, an annex to the Main Chapel. She will rest there alongside her husband Prince Philip, who died last year.
