Flash News: Kenyan Truck Driver Dies In Accident. A Kenyan truck driver has been confirmed dead following a Saturday morning accident near Usafi Market in Kampala.
Eyewitnesses say that the incident that killed 45-year-old Jovan Mukulomba, happened at 10 am and that his truck registration number KBT 597C/ZE 2295, a Mercedes Benz (trailer) while turning from Queens Way going to Kampala side, had its trailer overturn, fell on the head while the container it was carrying rolled and squeezed the driver to death.
Faridah Nampiima, a Traffic and Road Safety Spokesperson confirmed the incident and said the body has been conveyed to Mulago mortuary for postmortem examination.
